Do you accept returns?
Yes, we are happy to accept returns. Provided the packaging is unopened and we receive the item(s) within 14 days of delivery, we will process a refund for your order. You will receive a confirmation of this via email. Funds will be restored to your account within 30 days. Buyer is responsible for paying for returns postage costs.
Note: We cannot accept returns of certain items for hygiene reasons; deodorant, soaps, shampoo bars, toothpaste, toothbrushes, sunscreen, lip-balm, mouthwash and body lotions.
