How long will my order take to arrive?
Next Day UK Delivery
If you have ordered next day UK delivery your package should arrive:
The next working day if you ordered before12pm Monday to Thursday
By Tuesday if you have ordered after 12pm on Friday or at any point over the weekend.
Next day UK delivery is £5.99 and should arrive to you on the next working day (if ordered before 12pm). All next day orders will be shipped via DPD or Royal Mail and will be tracked and signed for. We have chosen DPD as they are leading the way in eco-friendly delivery and have invested a large amount into electric vehicles and eco-friendly procedures.
We will let you know when your parcel(s) have been dispatched via email, which will include any tracking information you may require (please check your junk folder if you do not receive this). You should also receive conformation and tracking information from DPD once they have received your parcel,
Standard UK Delivery
We aim to get every order to you as quickly as possible, if you have ordered standard UK delivery your package should arrive within 5-7 working days.
Standard UK delivery is £3.85 and should arrive with you within 5-7 working days.
All orders will be shipped via Royal Mail. We will let you know when your parcel(s) have been dispatched via email, which will include any tracking information you may require (please check your junk folder if you do not receive this).
Standard UK delivery is FREE when you spend over £30.
Do you accept returns?
We are happy to accept returns, if the product is still in its original packaging, unopened and unused. All products are subject to our 14 days return policy (except a few for hygiene reasons) and we must receive the returned item(s) within 30 days of delivery. We aim to refund all payments if in accordance to the policy within 7-10 working days of receiving the returned item(s). The buyer is responsible for the cost of postage for any returns.
Please note: For hygiene reasons we cannot accept the returns on the following items: toothbrushes and soap, shampoo and body wash bars.
Items without all original packaging cannot be returned
Damaged Items and used items caused by the recipient cannot be returned
A Refund Request must be made within 14 days of receiving the item
Return postage is the responsibility of the buyer
Signed Missing Parcels
All our parcels are sent with tracked and signed for delivery via either Royal Mail or DPD. Once the parcel has been signed for and delivered to the address, we cannot process any claims of missing parcels, this will have to be done by contacting either Royal Mail or DPD directly to report a missing / stolen parcel, which will then be investigated by the courier company.
Missing Items in Your Order
If your delivery arrives and there are items missing, you must notify us within 4 working days to be eligible for a full refund. If this time surpasses, we will not be able guarantee a full refund. This is done purely to protect ourselves from fraudulent activity and false claims.
Unfortunately, sometimes orders will arrive that are damaged. This is something that is out of our control. Please notify if this does occur and we will notify the courier who will investigate your damaged items. If this does happen, we will send out a replacement item to you as quickly as possible, however will not be able to provide you for a refund in this occurrence as it is against our fraud prevention policy. However, you are welcome to return the damaged item at your own expense in line with our returns policy and be eligible for a full refund. Once the item is successfully returned we will also refund you the original postage costs from when you placed the order.
